Oops, Mtnlady, apologies! I just read your post number 7759 and realize you perfectly UNDERSTAND why NT will get screwed up with estimates from time-to-time. Hope others read it & try to understand NT's business is inherently difficult to forecast/manage. This is not an excuse -- just reality.....unfortunately as you say, not everyone understands this and I guess NT has to educate the market better. Life is not easy or fair! As long as NT didn't LOSE the contract due to poor implementation or failures, I have NO PROBLEM if NT misses once every few quarters -- since they have also known to surprise huge (again nature of their business). It's the LONG TERM STUPID! Now I am sounding like Clinton....
