Low P/E is partially due to tax benefits, not operating earnings. But 1st quarter was 19 cents, hard to believe only 21 cents full year when they recently announced record incoming orders, and expanded production.

Small company, typically not followed by Wall Street.

I recommend reading all the posts here, and looking at news releases at Yahoo, or somewhere similar.

Stock is still very cheap. 5/1 current ratio, working capital 4 times all liabilities, and book over $5.
