David, High cash levels are BULLISH as the investor is waiting to put his money to work after this drawn out periood of uncertainty... SOX 662 has held and bounced...SOX closed at SOX 705.97.. BKX 78 was tested and bounced back up to close at BKX 800.04. Now tomorrow, and into next week and all thru November... we are gona have our melt-up... Better get on board the rocket ship...
