I don't know what you mean by capacity. I'm not talking download speeds, I'm talking browsing performance. The most important thing in browsing performance is the time it takes for a request to result in an answer. DNS lookup is also important. Most people I know that use modems don't use their modem 100% all the time, even when they click something. Only when they download files or big pictures, the modem is used 100%. I'm used to have a webpage show up about the time when the mouse button has been released, when using ISDN. How fast is your browsing?
