Donald, What do you know about a Tail Stock ? As I understand it is represented on a chart as a long line or candle, where the daily high/low is greater than the last 15 trading days high/low and the close is within 75% of the daily high. This as I understand is a good indication of higher prices in the near future. Can you add to this hypothesis. Take a look at SDLI as an example. Hope all is well with you and your family.
