Hi Eric - tax loss selling is likely restricted to retail customers. My theory is that there won't be much of it happening this yr b/c many [myself included] got burnt so bad by Naz that we have accumulated enough realized tax loss due to SL and/or margin calls that there won't be much gain to offset! Just a theory though. Looking at the volatility of ADAP, there seems to be quite a bit of shorting --- didn't check the data, so it is just a hunch --- if Naz rebounds sharply toward the election, ADAP may have a decent chance. 44 may be tough though, too much overhead in the 30s best, Bosco
