My comparison was about the CEOs' visibility into their respective sales channels. Roth has poor visibility, obviously, while Chambers has great visibility.

You should take this as a compliment to Roth. The alternative view would question a man's competence, not his tools, for guiding up revenues into a disappointing quarter.
