Chairman Larry Eastland described Grand Slam Treasures as a content-based entertainment company with assets in treasure, collectibles, music and video. He announced the company had reached an agreement to acquire Last Communication, a leader in television and film production, advertising, theme park planning, visual art design and publishing. “We are excited about our alliances and acquisitions in Korea”, he said. “we feel Korea offers our company tremendous growth opportunity”. Eastland stated one of the short-term goals for the company is a successful application to the Nasdaq exchange.
