You are right, bandwidth, particularly the "last mile" and more specifically the connection into a computer has been a major technical challenge for several years.

HDR can obviate the need for cable modems, DSL lines etc. as a last mile solution as data can go straight into your hard drive via wireless connection.

Once you have that, you can watch you favorite football (American or real) games, full motion, full screen...none of this stop gap internet television crap.

If you open your mind to that kind of wireless "bandwidth", the possibilities are somewhat staggering.
