I have no knowledge, I have read no news items. The 2 lightweight insidersales sites I checked have NOTHING new.

It is a WAG based only on the action of the stock, and the fact he is no longer chairman, I do not know if he is still on the board.

It is based solely on the action of the stock. It sure looks like someone or some entity is in distribution.
