WINZEN COMPLETES FINANCING FOR TOWNHOUSE PROJECT

Winzen International Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a financing arrangement with the Bank of Montreal for the construction of 60 townhouses in Burlington, Ontario.

Construction of these units has just begun, and are already 65% sold. The expected completion date is scheduled for the summer of 2001. The price for the units ranges from $150,000 to $190,000, for a total sale price of approximately $9,500,000.

The SilverCreek project of 60 townhouses was acquired in mid-September. The company anticipates significant earnings from the project in its 2002 Financial Statements.
