the large spread of (today) approx. $ 10 is a mystery to me as well! Really should sell my MRVL and buy GALT, right? Could it be that somebody works hard on breaking up this deal? A major baisse action against GALT... Who could have a massive interest in that? Know that Broadcom has tried hard to acquire Marvell but failed. At Marvell meetings end with "war against Marvell" declared by Nic III. I am personally convinced that the merger is a done deal.
