Duke - Rosen does not have that many shares. I can't find the reference now, but I had in some notes that Rosen held $35M shares. I also had a reference to Rosen holding 2% of the shares. I think those are about the same number... and I can't think of any reason why Rosen would sell, it's not like he needs the money.
