Atin,
We agree. I believe that the buildout on the edge and then all the way to the subscriber will accelerate at about the same time that the core starts to tail off.

I also would suggest that the international buildout in the core is still nascent in much of the world...Many in the third world will simply skip the copper infrastructure and go straight to fiber.
