DEBENTURE PAYOFF ... Thanks Jack! ... for picking up that news article. Securicor certainly is maintaining its commitment to this company and that sure warms the valves of my heart (or is that cockles?). I am glad to see the company's leadership doing what is necessary to move forward. I would presume that "the" new CEO will be officially announced next .... and then .... what? a purchase of EF Johnson? a secondary offering (thru Lehman)? Decisions, decisions ..... Meadows
