I have recently been getting a pop up window "application is running" about 7 or 8 times before the charts will load. on top of that the software is unresponsive for periods of up to 5 minutes, especially slow as the market opens and during the trading day. today i am having my worst time yet. i can't get any of my charts to open even if i can get the wow window open. i recently wrote to technical help folks but they only seemed to suggest that the problems were with my computer. as i have no problems prior to the market open i find this to be lacking in credibility. i am strongly considering another chart service. any suggestions would be helpful.

its now midday; and i still can't get the damned application to run. i'm exasperated.
