I saw that downgrade but do not believe the concerns are justified, since they were being very conservative in the CC, and said as much.

Oh well, you can't fight City Hall......the same is true with the tape.

BTW, using current eps estimates, VSEA's Q4 ALONE, is higher than the expected EPS for FY01 of JDSU. Kind of puts things into perspective.
