Suuuuuuuuuure it does, they find out bad information first and then buy the sht out of it to protect you. Right. :))))

Otherwise, we will hear too much from company execs leading to more distraction for them than necessary...

You got a point there, if you are getting too much information, hey just ignore it. :)))

And I don't think you can call honoring the fiduciary duty of an executive to the shareholders, a "distraction". :)))
