Yes.

I bought some SNAP a time ago, some others (JohnG) always considered snap as a value play, as it is cash-rich and won't ran out of cash soon. While they don't give details about the viability of their patents, so it is hard to estimate what they are worth, I'd believe that they will be snapped up once, for a price at their development costs.

So, while nothing is immediate.... it is not a good short at all.
