What about the ones without access to the Web? In all seriousness, I can see the argument being made to that. Of course, there will be those who may not have availability to TVs, radio, newspapers etc. making that argument as well. I know it's all but impossible, but, perhaps ANY form of disclosure can be discerned as SELECTIVE in one form or another. Just a thought.

Any ideas for true, timely and equal access for everyone at the same time? TIA
