Lars- Bluetooth replaces a cable from your phone to your pc. If your phone cnnection is 9.6kbs in the GSM case you still surf the web at 9.6 on your pc. Bluetooth has no effect on the connection speed of your phone. HIGH CONNECTION SPEEDS OF BLUETOOTH JUST INCREASES TEH BANDWIDTH OF THE "WIRELESS CABLE" FORM YOUR PHONE TO THE PC.
