LG, thanks again for your help in updating my DTN7 to the latest version.

Up until I did that, I was able to access the FDCN data feed from both DTN7 and WOW.com. I used them both in the following way: I am a swing trader and do some day trading. I have set up some indicators in DTN7 that give me intraday real-time alerts. These charts that I have up in DTN7 during trading hours are built with 10-minute bar charts, so they recalculate every 10 minutes. The problem is that it takes approx. 3 and 1/2 minutes out of every 10 minutes (using a 500mhz system) to do the recalculations. I have spent a considerable amount of time tuning them to even run that fast (they are quite complex). I have 25 years of professional programming experience and 15 years experience as a database administrator so I am familiar with tuning applications and databases. During that 3 1/2 minutes out of every 10, my DTN7 is "tied up" with calculations. However, the processor is able to grab enough cycles to send out a message telling me of any alerts. Unfortunately, then I can't use DTN7 to pull up that stock's chart so I can do a visual confirmation of what it is telling me. Thus, the need for accessing WOW.com concurrently with DTN7 ( so that I can pull up a confirming chart that uses the format I am comfortable with, before entering my daytrade order).

Thanks again,
