If you are familiar with the history of slavery, you must know that slavery was practiced by the Romans, the Greeks, the Celts, the Germanic tribes, throughout Europe, throughout the Middle East, it was a common practice throughout Africa, throughout the Americas, throughout Asia - I don't know about Oceania.

So to argue that Christianity causes slavery is ludicrous.
