Gary, from my understanding the Reg S financing is done. When I was at the TTRIF meeting in Seattle Lionel said no more reg s, which I assume means that financing was completed. I thought the article was very upbeat, sounds like they are securing more contracts like anticipated. But as always I think these updates leaves me with more questions unanswered. That's okay, as long as they are moving in the right direction. My prediction on the base (terrible at Technical) is around 1.50 - 1.75 I don't think it will go below there again.
