No surprise here. If COVD was being sued, made sense for WSTL as well, since in my mind WSTL was more misleading with forward and current statements. This investment is dead money for some time. I assume in a case like this, notice is sent out to all shareholders of record, or are shareholders to contact one of the firms. Nobody wins, but I sold at a loss and am not averse to recouping some of my misguided money. m
