Forgive my momentary distraction, but is Enenkio actually at war with anyone?
Since you live in Italy, I suppose you missed the news, but EnenKio declared war with the U.S. in 1997:

In the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll
A DECLARATION
"A STATE OF WAR EXISTS OVER THE KINGDOM OF ENENKIO ATOLL
BY WAY OF ACTS BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES."
WITNESSETH, ALL TO WHOM THIS OFFICIAL DOCUMENT PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, EnenKio Atoll (formerly named Eneen-Kio), inappropriately called Wake Island, is geographically, culturally and historically one of the northern atolls of the Ratak Archipelago of Pacific Ocean Islands; and WHEREAS, His Majesty, King Murjel Hermios, who is acknowledged as present and hereditary Paramount Chief (Iroijlaplap) of the Northern Atolls of the Ratak Archipelago of Pacific Ocean Islands, in the region known as the Marshall Islands, and has allodial jurisdiction over all of said Northern Atolls of the Ratak Archipelago of Pacific Ocean Islands from Aur Atoll northward, subject only to such other jurisdiction as he or his predecessors in interest may have consented to; and
WHEREAS, King Murjel Hermios, having exercised jurisdiction over all of said Northern Atolls of the Ratak Archipelago of Pacific Ocean Islands, together with his predecessors in interest, for upwards of two thousand five hundred years, consented to place all but one of the Northern Atolls of the Ratak Archipelago under his jurisdiction into the assemblage of atolls and islands called the Republic of the Marshall Islands, to be administered thereby; and
WHEREAS, neither King Murjel Hermios, nor any one of his predecessors in interest, have ever waived any of their traditional native and hereditary rights in allodium of use, occupation and active possession of the northernmost, EnenKio Atoll, having thereby consistently remained the lawful owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, the United States flag was raised on July 4, 1898, by Francis V. Greene, Maj. Gen. U.S. Army, of the war ship USAT Thomas, and subsequently on January 17, 1899, by Edward D. Taussig, Cdr. U.S. Navy, of the war ship USS Bennington, over the sovereign islands of EnenKio Atoll, whilst said officers and accompanying United States troops were actively engaged upon missions of war, invasion and armed conflict with another foreign government, and accordingly thereby, a STATE OF WAR was officially considered to have been declared by said acts of armed invasion; and
WHEREAS, despite possession of EnenKio Atoll being claimed on the 17th day of January, 1899, on behalf of the United States of America by said Commander Edward D. Taussig, of the gunboat, USS Bennington, and despite the attempted subsequent illegal and improper annexation of the atoll by the Congress of the United States, no such incorporation was ever conceded to, conveyed by nor ratified by King Murjel Hermios nor by any of his predecessors in interest, who had prior and proper jurisdiction over EnenKio Atoll, and accordingly such claimed possession and supposed annexation by the United States of America was then and remains illegal and ineffectual under both U.S. and International Law, said acts considered to have been a declaration of a STATE OF WAR therein; and
WHEREAS, despite the inability of his predecessors in interest, of King Murjel Hermios himself and of any of the former and dispossessed native inhabitants of EnenKio Atoll to oppose and oust the heavily armed invaders of the USS Bennington and other United States flagged ships, and those of other foreign nations who, thereafter from time to time, made illegal entries and intermittent occupations by prodigious force of arms upon the inhabitants, seas and lands of EnenKio Atoll; and
WHEREAS, King Murjel Hermios, as Monarch, is determined to peacefully regain active occupation of EnenKio Atoll, a STATE OF WAR existing therein, by the citizens thereof, and to reassert all lawful rights regarding the affairs, activities and future of EnenKio Atoll, which includes Wake Island, Wilkes Island and Peale Island, the reefs, lagoon and surrounding waters thereof to a distance of two hundred nautical miles, of which his predecessors in interest and himself have been temporarily deprived by "FORCE MAJEURE" and thereby being driven into a life of compulsory involuntary exile therefrom; and
WHEREAS, there have been and continue to be innumerable violations recklessly perpetrated during this STATE OF WAR against the irrefutable allodial title, traditional native and hereditary rights of King Murjel Hermios and citizens of EnenKio Atoll by agents of the federal government of the United States, including wanton acts of war and aggression, in violation of International Law and specific violations of the Compact of Free Association (PL99-239), ignominious denial of lawful and peaceful occupation of EnenKio Atoll by King
Murjel Hermios and the continued lack of respect for his claims by elected representatives and officials of the heavily armed Occupation Forces of the federal government of the United States; and
WHEREAS, King Murjel Hermios has appointed myself Minister Plenipotentiary to represent him "in and concerning all diplomatic matters bearing upon and/or relative to EnenKio Atoll....located between 166°30' and 166°40' East Longitude and between 19°15' and 19°20' North Latitude", as set forth in my Letter of Appointment executed on the 5th day of September, 1987; and
WHEREAS, King Murjel Hermios has given me substantial responsibilities to act in his name, for he and his successors in interest, to regain occupation of EnenKio Atoll, to reassert, to recover active jurisdiction over and all incidents of ownership of EnenKio Atoll by causing the removal of any and all persons, claims and activities thereon or thereabouts in conflict with his clear and perfected title to said EnenKio Atoll and to end the STATE OF WAR by peaceful means; and
WHEREAS, the continuation of the STATE OF WAR serves no useful or honorable purpose to the United States, nor to its elected representatives and citizenry;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by His Majesty, King Murjel Hermios, his successors in interest, the Minister Plenipotentiary, the Executive Council, Ministers and citizens of the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll, JOINTLY,
THAT the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll, formerly known as "Wake Island", having formally declared to the world its sovereignty as a nation unto itself, under principals of human rights and applicable international law, on September 30, 1993, hereby yields to the recognition that a STATE OF WAR exists between the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll and the federal government of the United States; and
THAT the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll hereby reasserts its sovereignty and independence, over all other claims, under unalienable principles of allodial, natural and human rights possessed by King Murjel Hermios and his aboriginal predecessors in interest, and exercised herewith by King Murjel Hermios and the government of the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll; and
THAT His Majesty King Murjel Hermios, his children, his family members, staff, heirs, agents, predecessors, successors and people hereby demand to voluntarily exercise their right to peaceably occupy the islands of the sovereign nation of EnenKio Atoll, without interference or opposition from any other nation of the world; and
THAT this executed instrument shall serve final notice and legal demand upon the federal government of the United States to cease and desist, effective immediately, all and every action of every kind in or on EnenKio Atoll or within the 200-mile Exclusive Economic Zone of EnenKio Atoll, to come to the table of peace to negotiate an honorable accord for the survivors of the said STATE OF WAR and, if unwilling to voluntarily negotiate for peace, to submit to impartial international arbitration for the terms of surrender and WAR reparations to citizens; and
THAT this executed instrument shall serve final notice and legal demand upon the Congress and Treasury of the United States to pay that certain debt, perfected and established in commerce by failure the Department of the Interior to lawfully respond to proper legal notices of more than TWENTY-SEVEN consecutive months and most recently referenced by a Certified Invoice, No. 97-US-03, dated March 10, 1997, for which it is obligated to pay; and
THAT the Congress of the United States is obliged to immediately impanel an impartial body for the purpose of investigating the atrocities committed in the case of the aforementioned violations of human rights and due process of His Majesty, Murjel Hermios and perpetuation by the United States of a STATE OF WAR
subsequent to legal notices and with full knowledge of the sovereign status of the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll; and
THAT the leaders and citizens of EnenKio Atoll herewith solicit all representatives of every other sovereign peaceable nation in the world to give effective and adequate recognition to the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll as an Independent Nation under God, hereby seeking peaceful resolution of the STATE OF WAR with the federal government of the United States.
THUS sayeth the undersigned, in witness of the truth before men and God,
