100,

I was wondering if Fujitsu might have been partially motivated to sign up with Q in order to receive some engineering help from Q's experts. I believe that the license may afford the licensee the right to request Q's technical assistance for a specific period of time (i.e. for the first year or for X number of man-hours)in order to get the technology working. I'm unsure whether Q would want to provide such assistance with respect to W-CDMA (or whether Fujitsu could afford the rates that Q might want for their technical assistance on W-CDMA!) Just a possibility, I suppose.
