For one who claims to be an expert, you're not. 97th Congress, 1981-82. HR6267, became law at PL 97-320, 10/15/82. There were 28 cosponsors, including Rep. Schumer (D-NY), now a Senator, who cosponsored on 5/4/82. This took me all of 10 minutes to research, and for the second time. I already posted all this stuff for you awhile ago, and you seem to have ignored it, forgotten, or want to mislead people.
How can you possibly claim to be an "expert" about something that you not only know so little about, but don't even care to research and ascertain facts when challenged, before making ridiculous posts?
