JT - some thoughts: the Nasdaq listing was not approved because of only one item, namely the failure of the stock price to be $5 or better. No one should buy any company's stock just because an application is made to Nasdaq. Anyone that sells because EDIG isn't being Nasdaq listed now purchased stock for all the wrong reasons. Also, as I understand the Nasdaq application process, there is a time limit as to how long an application can be held open before Nasdaq must give it's decision. It seems that if there were fundamental reasons not to grant Nasdaq status to EDIG, the application would have been rejected much sooner. In this context it is clear to me that the application may have been held open as long as possible in case the price reached and held at or above $5 for the required time. I know the bashers will have a field day, but even they must have enough intellect to realize that EDIG could not be granted Nasdaq status with the price under $5. I really don't know what Nasdaq has to do with the building of a good solid company/business which is what I believe Fred Faulk and his people are doing. I know that I own stock in EDIG for the business reasons stated above, not for the hope of a quick hit when the Nasdaq listing occurs. SDR
