maybe they were getting out of JDSU and into SDLI ???
neither had any ooomph though

I am balanced with JDSU and SDLI march contracts
but still very curious about the ratio gap
I cannot attribute any probability of approval to the ratio shortfall either
it had been steady at 3.5
in the last week it has gone down to 3.25
