CLASS ACTION link is self explanatory. Subject 37251 Didn't believe until today that Datek could be callous in its treatment of a customer, but DATEK management has persuaded me to the contrary. I will definitely not be transferring to DATEK. However, I wish to thank you all for your impressions of its trade executions.
