Mike, I don't want to sound like a screwball, however,it sure seems to me that the analysts have timed their downgrades to coincide with the tax loss 3rd quarter sell-off. This happens every October it appears. So most companies have caught on and yak their stocks either way, down if they aren't doing real well...or they talk them up if they can easily justify it, but of course they won't go up until the money returns to the market. Either way they come out looking like a deal when money pours back into the stocks. Those stocks that look as in-between are left off the buy lists.

Okay that rant is over now. So we move to VRTA. It just doesn't look like a LT play, but, your point is interesting from my view and looking no further than a ST play. I'll study the charts. I use percentages. I just buy when it appears low then sell when it moves up a certain percent. The percent is determined like your 3-4 day major hit rebound is done. If I get itchy or scared I try to beat the rest of the rats in getting off the ship. However, I should be square with you. Other than the IRA accounts I manage...I'm a LT investor with AWRE and EFNT. I'm sold on them in that respect. LT is 2-5 years.

Good luck and good profits,

Scrapps
