That is the equivelant of Century 21 stating that a home it sells results in the recognition of the sales price of the home as revenue..and not just the 6% Commission it recieves.

This is accounting Fraud in my book and is a joke.

AMZN does the same thing with books, although it makes only a hair of the actual proceeds as a middle man, and has in many caes the right to return books to the publishers.
