So how does this effect both companies......do both now stay in a tight trading range until the deal closes, or will they participate in a naz rally, if we get one Nov-Dec. Current pricing and terms of the deal show tlcm to be the better value play, as per % of shares to be given at stated prices. Opinions? Dead money....money that will move....which company ??? I think both are extremely low valued in todays market, however we must now figure what the deal will mean to both companies over Nov/Dec the two strongest months of year. Keith......is tlcm the better arbitradge play....will either company move in the months ahead ?
