I'm not interested. A class action lawsuit is only good for the coffers of the lawywers. The class usually get a few pennies.

Additionally, I feel cheated as you first pretended that you need information in order to be a Datek client, as you pointed out in: (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14633358), and as such disappointed.

As it turns out, this is not and has not been your agenda.
