WTC: I've been reading a number of your posts, and it's clear you understand a number of things related to the RBOC's. Can you point me in the correct direction to understand who is allowed in the Central Office. Does an RBOC allow any ISP to roll equipment into the CO, or does the RBOC perform all hardware-selection/maintenance/setup/operations in the CO. The reason I'm asking is Bell Atlantic just announced the vendors for xDSL equipment. It's my understanding that BA will have to resell xDSL service to the ISP's. If WSTL/DSC gear is going to be the vendor for BA, will BA allow other vendors xDSL gear in the CO or will it be cost wise for ISP's to use the BA xDSL solution.... until later.
