That is the equivelant of Century 21 stating that a home it sells results in the recognition of the sales price of the home as revenue..and not just the 6% Commission it recieves. Actually I think they do that, or at least did. I distinctly remember a TV ad from not too long ago that crowed about how Century 21's sales figures were so much greater than companies like McDonald's. Maybe that's what got Cendant in trouble?
