Makes perfect sense to me if the Republicans tacked some ridiculous provision onto it. We all know that's how the game is played. If I have a really cherry 1965 GTO convertible and you say "Give me that GTO", would you take it if I said "Ok, but only on the condition that you submit to a sex change operation and marry Al Gore"?
