I keep thinking it's 96.
but it's not.
Stock Floats are not 96 ish.
Interest rates are not 96 ish.
The internet stocks don't have small floats any more.
and there are too many of them still.
the lock limits are in place on these stocks.
the brokers have that under control.
they won't let a stock gain 10 fold like they used to.
there has to be a way to start your own exchange, or something.
(allow the 10 fold increases based on electronic shootouts)
and let people play the lottery.
force the market makers to have an inventory of 10,000 shares.
force the short positions to be accounted for on a weekly basis.
force the accurate floats to be disclosed weekly.that would change some things.
