I am looking for testimony which indicates the sentiment

Please look at the date and content of the last docket entry.

Reimer stated frankly during the Lexar Media c.c. that the
work around would be complete for the entire Lexar product
line by the end of the year or sooner and that the functionality
of the new product would be "invisible" to the consumer.
