Can anyone help me? I have had a Dell Dimension L550r since last March and I have had trouble holding on to my internet connection ever since. Susie Check here and make sure these items are unchecked.Tools/internet options/connections/settings/properties/dialing/Enable idle disconnect/Disconnect when connection may not be needed.
