Cirruslvr, <Is today the first day you saw 950MHz? AMD's moving up the MHz so fast Gateway's ads can't keep up. > Actually the SB line went to 950 the day 1.2G was announced. The consumer line seems to be catching up just now. <I still see online banners advertising an 850MHz Athlon in their $1299 system!> That is mildly amusing/annoying. More than that I am a little bothered that no one outside Gateway is able to keep pace with the MHz ramp. AMD really needs more direct players to ramp products this fast. <GHz for the masses is almost here.
