Please look at the date and content of the last docket entry. Aus, it goes to show that Reimer is blowing a lot of hot air. It also makes me glad I don't own any LEXR (actually I never gave it a thought <G>). It also reinforces my opinion that bear market or no bear market, The Street will eventually wake up to the fact that this is a royalty story with a PE 1/3 its growth rate. To all of the lawyers out there: The trial starts 11/6. How long can we expect it to take and how long after that should it take for a decision to be rendered? Do I remember correctly that for LEXR to appeal an adverse opinion they must post a bond equal to the amount of the potential damages? Jay
