You stated in your post that Swedish Match said the nic gum was a year away. I am under the impression that it will ship Q1 which is between 2-5 months from now. Please show me your source.

Also your sarcasm about GUMM, Mr. Russell and the patents do not make the US patent system look foolish, nor do they make the editors/reviewers of the ENT Journal (who include people from Penn, Stanford, & UCLA among them) look foolish. Sarcasm is only effective when it is true. In that light, while you are providing me with data, please inform me who pays for most independent investigations of new therapies (hint: the answer is the manufacturers).
