Thanks, the example is based on MOT puts (leaps). Does it mean that I would get a margin call if the totall value of my account became less then 10 x 75 x 100 = 75,000 (naked put max value) during this 2 year period? Suppose the 48,000 proceeds from the transaction will be kept im my brokerage account than I need to keep 27,000 cash/securities on top of that there to avoid the margin call. I think it still looks good.
