Let's predict how VSEA stockholder money is spent as Orrick's Matthew H. Poppe's whines:

"...Plaintiffs' expert, Stephen Melvin, failed to appear for his deposition due to an administrative error. Specifically, an Orrick secretary or other staff member placed the notice of deposition in the case file with notifying me or any of the other attorneys working on this case that it had arrived. Aside from the deposition notice, Delfino's counsel made no contact with me or the other Orrick attorneys working on this case regarding the deposition prior to the date of the deposition. In particular, Delfino's counsel did not consult with me or the other Orrick attorneys working on this case about the deposition date prior to noticing the deposition. ..."
