Fact is that Datek does not make good on confirmed trades, and how should they?

I have learned the hard way through clearly erroneous trades (mostly afterhours) but there is not the glimmer of hope...to get deals undone. We have to live with it.

This is not specific to Datek, but a general principle: Trades should not be cancelled as everyone is responsible for his own decisions and, ... the fittest should survive.
