Ed, I unchecked both boxes. Now I will have to see what happens. I will give it a day or so before switching the modems. Since my husband doesn't want to switch the modems from one computer to the other, I am going to give it a shot. If you don't see me online for awhile you will know why. This thread is great and I appreciate all of the help that I have gotten so far. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to reciprocate, but if someone has an "easy" problem maybe I can help some day.
