El, I'm a convert to buying PCs direct. I decided to call for some information before ordering on line. It was great. The Rep was more helpful then the store. Better then that, you get a good price and the exact features you want. A wireless key board. A 64 Meg video card that should make the 19 inch screen scream. Loads of help on selecting disc drives, monitor, and eliminating some items I though I needed. The bottom line was very attractive when I finished. Just got under the wire on a monitor sale. I highly recommend it when you are in the market for a new PC. NW
