No Tony! That is a cop out. Intel had responsibility for the launch and the decisions leading up to it. It was their responsibility to verify the specifications by making all appropriate measurements and calculations. This is what engineers are supposed to do. When the people in charge begin to accept full responsibility then Intel will get its act together. JMO
